Dr. Davenport prescribed me 2 medications to help with an issue I was dealing with. In time, I came to realize that one of the 2 may actually have not been helping so much. Wish I Had Known!

I wish I could give two ratings. As a psychiatrist, five stars - probably 10. His extensive knowledge of the nuances of conditions he treats and his prompt return of phone calls and the thoroughness of his work is honestly beyond compare. I’ve never found any psychiatrist as good in those areas. I had to switch to a new one because of insurance changes. I saw Davenport for 15 years. I saw Dr. Davenport for roughly three years. He is very knowledgeable in his work and has always given great medication change recommendations when needed. His visits are usually fairly short because he mainly focuses on medication, not therapy. Since he is one of the best in the area, it may take a while to get an appointment with him, but the experience he has in the field and his respect for his patients makes the long wait worth it.

Dr.Davenport is a good doctor. He listens to you and he also responds Back with great knowledge and not judgmental. I recommend him if your looking for someone that Makes you comfortable and is knowledgeable.

Dr. Davenport has been my doctor 20 years. He is very knowledgeable in the use of medication. He is very caring and has helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Dr. Davenport is a very friendly, personable psychiatrist with a great bedside manner. He is very easy to talk to. Not all psychiatrists are that way. The thing I like about him most though is that he listens to what I have to say and he is open to alternative treatments, as long as they are medically sound. After all, you cannot expect any doctor to agree to a treatment plan that he or she feels would either cause harm to the patient or that would fail to treat the problem. I highly recommend Dr. Davenport. He has helped me tremendously with medications for my chronic depression. He put me on new therapy where other doctors were keeping me on the same pharmacology. I wish I had switched over to him sooner in the course of my disease. He has a high concern for his patients and discusses pros and cons of side effects of drugs before prescribing. Can't say enough positive things about him.

Dr. Davenport has been my psychiatrist for nearly ten years. He is kind, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. I can't imagine going to see anyone else.
