Can’t take your drink to the games. Lame.
Yesterday I lost my keys and your front desk associate actually found them and looked for me. I was already gone but came back this morning and she immediately recognized me and brought me my keys. On top of this she is always super pleasant and a perfect host. Promote her ha ha.
One of tha best tymes me and my fiance had.
I'll go back again and hopefully their service will have improved. Drinks got to us relatively quick once we ordered. The food took over 45min to get. We didn't see our server for about 30min after the food was delivered. We handed him our card to pay and he disappeared for about 20min. Please remind your servers if a customer is asking for the check or a box, they are ready to leave and don't want to sit around another 20min waiting for the return of their card.
Dear Dave and Busters. You got the Dave part down , fun and games. Buster... the service and food was horrible. The fact that we waited 10 minutes for anyone to approach us after we were seated by the hostess to be even greeted and then another 12 minutes for us to get waters . Got told our server had left so we got a new server ( super nice friendly guy). Our food order (that the 1st server took) was all wrong. Terrible service, mediocre food and overpriced drinks. The games are okay but nothing special. I'd rather go somewhere with good food and hit nicklecade after.
