This place is a joke.
I’ve been in twice in the last month. The first time was awesome! Great service, good food and a blast in the arcade. The second time was an absolute joke. Tonight you could tell the restaurant was very understaffed. It took 20 minutes to get alcoholic drinks. Once we ordered it took over an hour for any food. All tables around ya got sat, food, leave and re-sat. We were three rounds of drinks in when I finally grabbed a hostess and asked for a manager. We were so excited to have a D&B in SLC, but were quickly disappointed. The service was so slow! We waited forever for our drinks and had to ask other servers to find our server. After 20 min the server finally showed up to take our order 20 min after that we had to find her again to get refills and ask about are food. Just seemed put out that we asked. Food arrived lukewarm and dry to be honest. Definitely sat awhile. Starting at 245 we finally got everything at 345. Sad to drop so much money on a bad experience.
Very friendly staff, and great food and alot fun. Loved the Jurassic park reality ride.�
The bartender Ashley was awesome she was really friendly and conversed with my friends and I. She was fast and efficient. Glad we had her service!
