Ordered food and basically forgot about us. Had to ask for boxes and the check. They did comp some items. Game area was great.

Worst experience I've ever had there, first we ordered my grandson's food so he couldn go play and they forgot all about it and he actually got his dinner last, they also forgot our drinks, they forgot our silverware and napkins and my food was burnt they comped my dinner, my grandsons dinner and all the play cards. still had to pay for our drinks, my husband's dinner and my daughter's dinner I think we should have got everything free that place is ridiculous
Worst service for food... first time I have ever been there and we waited 45 minutes for food and had to leave the table and ask for our food and then it magically appeared a minute later the food was barely warm. They did nothing at all other than apologize and really didn’t care. There was a table that sat down after us and had just as many people and got all of there food before us. I would not ever go there again or recommend anyone going there to eat ever. Save your time and eat before you go there to play games.
Meh. The games are fun but the service is pretty much the worst in the city. Food is mediocre at best but honestly we only go for the games. Expect an hour wait for ANY kind of service unless you go to the bar.
