We waited almost 2 1/2 hours for a table that said they’d be ready in 20 minutes. You guys should allow reservations cause that ruined all our night plans.

My first experience here was great. My husband and I got served in a very timely manner, and never waited any longer than 5 minutes for our drinks. our waitress was on top of it, and also assisted us with obtaining points for game play. Every area was clean, and I hope to return again, soon.
Hard to choose what to eat, the menu is very diverse. Very attentive staff!
Went to this location tonight, came in the door was fine, got sat down and waited for over 20 min just to put in our drink order, finally got the attention of 1 of the managers, then had our food 20 min later.......waited another 30 to 45 min just for our waitress to come around never seen her again after our drinks where delivered, got attention of yet ANOTHER manager to get our bill!!!!!!
