We had a waitress. Who brought our table the wrong food. We had asked for water twice. We had to ask for our soda twice. She charge just twice. With a coupon mind you. To different managers came to our table neither one of Emerson seems sincere. The worst experience I've ever had in my entire life me and my husband and our friend will never go to this place again it's the worst I've ever been and I myself in a manager I will recommend this to no 1
All the way around this place is great the kids loved it a lil more then i did. But i still give it a 10
Food and service were good. The location is tiny for a Dave and Busters. Games were fun. I only gave it 3 Stars because of how tiny it is compared to other states.
I am a new server here and I love it! I would personally like to extend an invitation to anyone that hasn't had a great experience. Come in and request me, Kit Kat and I will guarantee you fun, friendly, and great service. I am there Wed-Sat nights and Sunday lunches. I will guarantee you a genuine Dave and Buster's experience!
I want to bring in my 13 year old tonight (July 3rd) for his 13th birthday but I have 2nd thoughts after reading these reviews? Man, he is so excited to go but should we go somewhere else?
I have been waiting for Dave and Busters to come to Salt Lake City for a long time I didn't have any complaints the bartender was great and our food was good not a big game player but can't wait until Utes football season will be a great place for before or after games and to watch road games.
Read everyone else review mine compares to there's. The service sucks.
