I was a regular there & their customer service is a joke. Don't waste your time or money.
We were so excited to try it but were quickly disappointed. The service was so slow! We waited forever for our drinks. We had to remind the server of the drinks they forgot. I asked them to put a specific channel on and they said they would, but didn’t. They put our entire table (11 people) on one check and then acted inconvenienced when we asked them to split it. Then they didn’t charge the correct orders to the person’s card. Seriously, get it together.
Our server, Javier was extremely rude because we didn’t know the “rule” that you have to be in a seat to get served and instead of just telling us he was very rude and service overall was poor and very slow. He also ran our tab on someone else’s credit card and after finally fixing it he didn’t even apologize so we asked for the manager who just laughed it up and told us to leave when we complained.
Me and my boyfriend went there on a double date. Our friends had a great time while we had tokens and tickets taken away for no reason. We had used less than half of our tokens that were loaded on the card when we went to go play another game and it said we were all out. We went to the kiosk to check our game history and it showed admin -125 tokens. We went to the front desk and the manager returned the tokens. We continued playing until we were ready to leave. Fun atmosphere, good drinks...if you're lucky enough to get them. As of writing this i am still waiting for my food (its 9:02pm, we began getting waited on at 7:15pm) seating is horrendous, its every man for himself. People who sat down after us have gotten their orders but not our table. Service is the worst ive ever seen at a restaurant. So far Quarters seems like where i will be going to play games and have a drink. Maybe I will give this a 2 star if the food is ok, if i ever get my order
Games were were fun, but it feels more like a “glorified” Chuck E. Cheese for adults because we can buy liquor there. The service was horrible! It took at least 15 minutes to a sever to get to our table after we sat down, then my drink came 10 minutes later with no straw and I had to ask to 3 different people to get me one; my son’s drink took about 40 minutes to get to our table; the food came out cold and it was brought to us about 45 minutes after we ordered. Not sure if it’s worth going back... very disappointed.
