I was there yesterday at 5:30 _6:00 , Food was very good , service was good and great mix of newer arcade games, had a great time with the family.
Not a great experience. Group of 7 waited at our table for 19 minutes after being seated. No server and when we tried to get help the girl could have cared less. Two other parties sitting near by had been waiting even longer. Ended up walking out and went for lunch elsewhere.
I was so estactic to come and enjoy the Dave and busters experience but after ordering my first cocktail and FOOD we waited probably an hour and 10 mins for our food WHICH was SKIPPED or LOST (sitting at the bar) and they served us 3 alcoholic drinks before our food even came which is illegal, we only ordered food so we could have more then 1 drink. In the end the Bartender LISA said we compt your food which they didn't... by FAR the worst experience ever. I give 0 fuckkng stars What a joke!!!
It was okay like an adult version of chucky cheese , the service was a lil slow but I always gotta try everything out least once or twice. �
We’ve been to Dave and Busters many times Before, Mind you in Hawaii.. (One of the most expensive places to live)... Don’t understand how the game prices here triple that of the prices of that in Hawaii?! Food was average (lots of items not cooked well), and games were way overpriced, and absolutely horrible customer service. I understand with it just being open, there will be some struggles, but they definitely need some training.. ASAP!

We loved it!!!! It's obvs a bit different than all the others (YAY UTAH LAWS 🙄), buuuuuuut... It wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. *I assumed the bar was going to be completely cut off/in a separate room, but it's not. However, you're not allowed to take your drinks out onto the game floor (which is definitely not a deal breaker for me, personally). The food/drinks were certainly better than expected, as well.
