Ordered food, half hour later they tell me they don't have it. Order a drink, 10 minutes later they don't have it. Order something different, comes out. Have to flag someone down to get another drink... 15 minutes ago, still waiting. This is a tuesday night, can't imagine a weekend. Horrible service, more annoyed than I can even make you understand. Our server was great! I had one of the best salmon dinners ever! Games were a blast! Super fun!
Service was terrible. Staff did not seem very happy to be there. Tables left unbussed for hours. Had to ask for menus, plates, napkins. Expected much better.
Won't ever go back over price customer service sucked sitting at a bar no service food was cold thought it was going to be amazing no one work there was nice.
Originally gave 1 star for not having Pump It Up... Found out that they do actually have it, so I stopped by and bought a $100 card. There was a group of like 6 kids rotating at PIU and there was a crowd waiting to play. Two staff members were hanging around too, and wouldn't allow any of us to have a turn, either. My review remains a 1 star.
