Service was WHAAAAAAAAACK!!!! Over priced food. Food wasn't all that at all. �����
The servers are friendly but my food took almost an hour to get you the table and that's because it was 2pm. It was not real busy. My drinks took 20 mins to get to me. I was better off going to the bar myself. I tried dessert because it was my son's birthday. Forget about it, I cancelled because it took 30 mins for that. The manager should of helped the cooks. I saw him just standing around socializing with the waiters
Horrible experience last night at restaurant... wait for table 1 1/2 for 4. Food took over an hr to come and it was cold, over cooked and gross.... waiter took food back and brought back after 5 minutes what seemed to be just reheated plates with even more dried out food...... keep in mind, we just ordered appetizers. Brought my grandson for his birthday, just he and I, great time! Our food was really good, our server was excellent. We won a boat load of tickets and great prizes. Super fun! We'll be back in a couple weeks!
Theoretically a great place to play, eat, and work, but the clientele is cheap. I recommend tipping 20% or more to your servers on a regular basis for better service. They remember you, especially if you tip poorly or complain everytime you come in.
Worst experience ever. Took over 2 hours just to get our food and it was all cold, so we sent it back for a remake and that took 45 minutes and it was still cold. SMH
We travelled 250 miles cause it was my daughters birthday and it was absolutely the WORST experience we've ever had ! We had high hopes and were really exited, but all that changed . HORRIBLE service It took 2 hours to get our food , 30 minutes to be seated , Manager had a bad attitude and it seemed she really didn't care . Restrooms reeked like old crusty cheap bar restrooms .
