It's was okay. I waited at a table I finally found when I got there. Waitress saw me many times but never asked if I needed the table cleaned or not after 30 minutes. She finally came by, took my drink order and that didn't come until 15-30 later. She never gave me a chance to ask about any deals. Terrible service. Food was fair. Bartenders don't pay attention to customers unless they are young girls. All three of them were in front of them till they left. Then you didn't see any of them. Wonder we didn't walk out, took forever to get the bill. Couldn't find the bartender after the girls left. WILL NOT BE BACK!
A big dirty chuck e cheese...minus the pizza. Its gone down hill since its prime.
I approached the host @ Resturant. An takes name then says wait time 1 hr. to hr &1/2. I asked why? She's says there are no wait staff to serve the empty seating area . WOW ! I requested a Mrg. She says same thing I asked what other options are there? She says bar & game room. Why didn't hostess say that?. Found seating in game room. Food has not even warm when finally served took 20-25 after order taken. I think Mgrs. Need retrained understaffed !!!
Place was packed which I'd say was due to Spring Break. We did get seated sooner than 2 hours, however our food did take a real long time to come out & unfortunately was not great at all! Heather, our waitress, went above & beyond to ensure we were provided with exceptional service but of course had no control over the food readiness nor the quality. Will definitely be returning, but only for the games.
