Went on March 12 (which was Sunday) evening. Got over charged $100.00, didn't notice until my bank statement, on my phone popped up. Went in person, to speak to the Manager (Raul Gonzalez) said was going to get back @ me and NEVER DID! Smh.... still pissed!
It was a great place to stop. Just wish I had one where I lived.

Sat at the bar waiting and waiting.....hardly anyone here and ALL bartenders kept passing us!!! Horrible horrible service! I like the games... the food but service at the bar was so bad...guess you have to look a certain way to get their attention. They picked and choose who they wanted to serve
Had a mommy and son day went to Dave and busters great food and devices was awesome my son had a great time
The service was horrible! We ordered appetizers with our friends and it took over an 30 minutes to get there's and ours was not ready after an hour wait! We canceled our order! Plus it was freezing in there! Sorry to say you have lost a customer for life!!
The food and service was HORRIBLE, waited for food over a hour. When the food came out it was frozen then they cooked it again and when they brought it out it the 2nd time it was the same frozen and I'm not talking about 1 order I'm talking about the whole table 8 orders I will never go back. Then the manager gone have the nervess to say it's one of our busiest day of the season and the kitchen is cooking for over 5000 ppl i'm like really so I supposed to be happy with frozen food🙄 😡😡😡😡😤😤😤😤😤 I need to give ZERO STA... read more
