It’s the worst management team ever! Don’t bother eating there. The place was nearly empty today and we had to wait an hour to pay!!!! Not including the wait for everything else! Managers didn’t care just made stupid excuses! But did nothing!!
I had a great experience celebrating our 13th year olds bday yesterday. The manager was very accommodating to our group. Vanessa and her asst were also great servers. I luved it! The food was great! The green snow cones were delish! Thank y’all!

food and service were great, but management was extremely rude when we had complaints and did nothing to solve our issues, in fact neither managers Bobbi or Steve seemed to care about our business, Bobbi blamed everything on corporate and when i tried to complain about her to Steve (Sr. Manager) he did nothing but nod his head, the employees at the front counter made it seem that this is a common problem, when talking to Steve we said we wouldn't be coming back and i told him I've never had an issue where management didn't o... read more
Friendly and helpful staff. Great food, and my kids had a lot if fun playing the games. The atmosphere was great.
Pretty rad but not enough games that dispense tickets
Great Games but my girlfriend couldnt eat there cause of her allergies and they really didn't try to cook her food away from other food...
Horrible experience! We are long time customers been going forever. Service and food has gone way down. Going to main event from here on out.
