Wish i could give it a zero! Waited 20 mins for drinks then almost an hr for food to come and then be wrong! Seriously pissed off to the rim! Trying to keep my composure.
I had a fantastic time here and everyone's friendly too while on vacation and retired. The next time I visit San Antonio I will definitely come back for more entertainment! :-)
Not impressed. Miss the days of adults only at D&B. After midnight and young children 3 and 4 years old running through the bar area. Game area was a nightmare. Food at the bar took too long, came cold/luke warm. Drinks werent the greatest and were on the light side. We wont be back. :(
We celebrated my birthday in the Sky Box, I ordered the party platter appetizer trays for my guests. The food was delicious, the room was the perfect size for my party, the manager was attentive to our needs. I would suggest this room to my friends for parties of 25 or less. My guests had a great time. Games were super fun!
I was not happy with the service the bar tender took 10 minutes just to take my order n when I tried to but the game card I was send to 4 different employee till I had to get mad n ask for a manager
Been to multiple Dave and Busters around the country and this is by far the worst one I've been to! The service was absolutely horrible, waited like 30 minutes for drinks , over 2 hours for food & our food was cold. Best Dave and busters I've been to was in Denver maybe they should get some tips from them!! I will not ever dine here.
I sat in the game room and waited 20 before someone came and helped me. Worst service I have ever had.
2 hours later we still haven't gotten our food �!!
Fun place grandbaby first time she had a ball and my sweetie.
