My 6 year-old has been wanting to play the Rock em Sock em Robots for as long as he's seen it in the commercials. Then we go yesterday, he runs up to the game, and it's out of order. I know it's nobody's fault but it still stinks.

Actually, Zero stars. Just left after sitting for 2 1/2 hours and getting no food. Asked a few times, GM finally checked and nonchalantly informed us that our food was not even being prepared yet......after 2 1/2 hours. It may be a busy night, but that is ridiculous. And to act like my food order not even on the grill after that amount of time is normal is very poor service . Will never be back to this establishment after the way we were treated tonight. After we ordered, we were told twice that our food would be out shortly, but after 2 hours we found out that our orders hadn't even been started yet. The waiter got upset after we told him we were leaving and would just pay for the drinks and was downright disrespectful to one of the members of our group. Almost got ugly for a minute. Even time I go to this place the 1 game that I like to play is alway out of service. The big claw game is always broken. I wonder if they ever fix it? The past 6 times I go there it's always out of service.
Our waiter was awesome, but the food was cold. If it was hot, it would've been more enjoyable.
Always unsatisfied when I go dine & play at Dave & Buster's. You would think after the new location opened it would of helped with how packed it is. Always a wait time, takes forever to get your order taken & receive drinks & your food. Once we did get our food, we were all eating with our hands cause how hungry we all were from waiting. Waitress didn't even give us utensils or napkins. The worst service is at Dave & Buster's crossroads location.
Went yesterday for a friend's going away for a New job. The waitress brought out the food pretty quick. But my ribs and fries were cold and my girlfriend burger was cold.
