Fun experience ... the wait was long even though there were a lot of open tables ... so I didn't understand that . But over all food was good

Terrible service it took us about 20 minutes even to get a server once we did we ordered sliders and rib combo when I tell you the buns were so hard I could tap on them with a close fist. My wife was very disappointed and said why didn't we go to main event .
It was horrible the food that I had orders came to my table cold and the bread was hard as hell there was no way I was going to eat that. Was my second and Las time going there.
Bad service Waitresse didn't know what she was doing
Went for a company picnic and the food was horrible! Cold stale fries , burgers were smashed up in the buffet not much of a variety. Games and kids had fun BT food alone never again.
We wanted to celebrate a friend's birthday having fun, enjoying some good food and a few drinks but multiple staff members made that impossible. First, our table appeared to be a revolving door for staff members who could care less about good service and would rather sit in a booth doing nothing. Second, their attitudes were poor and they blamed it on another staff member having an emergency and leaving. Y'all were not that busy and a family emergency should not cause a poor attitude.
