Service and food was terrible. Games are the only good thing.
Worst service ever... Waiter was rude, food was cold and it t my friend almost a hour to get his steak
Waited over an hour for our food and it was cold .
It was the worst service I've had in a long time took way over an hour for food once the food arrived it was cold my first time there and my last our appetizers came out the same time as the food and they were also cold waiter didn't seem to care
It was good. Lost all my money on the slot machine game and the horse race game but I won 1,600 tickets in which I exchanged for a #Epic hamster that coincidentally looks like the KIA Soul hamster. Cool I guess.
Waited almost 45 minutes before anyone came to take our orders...drink orders were wrong...2 waiters in our section....waited another 45 minutes for our orders to come out.....need to hire more people when it's busy nites and Spurs playing !!!....
Wait was long, but it was Saturday night, no helping that. Food was fantastic. Arcade has literally something for everyone. Definitely going back soon.
Food was horrible,cold and service sucked. Glasses sitting around everywhere and no tables cleaned off.
