Car was not at the location although I scheduled an appointment to view it. Sales person was with another customer when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Vehicle presentation was horrible. Add air light was on and the vehicle looked like it was sitting under a tree for about a year.

Prompt responses to questions, very polite. Would have ranked higher but car was sold before we got there. Nonetheless a very pleasant experience.
