Responsed quickly, but the actual sales rep. never discussed the car with me. I was never sure it was available or they were trying to have me look at another vehicle.
My husband contacted them about a car that was posted but missing pictures. They promised to send photos right away but never did. We continued to receive sales calls from them and repeatedly told them we needed photos and each time we were assured they’d send them right over. *heavy eye roll* A week later I contacted them about a different posting which they said was available and asked us to come test drive it. I came looking for specific car, salesperson said it was just sold, but had another car for me to try. I was looking for 2017 Camry, after driving car, i found out later it was a 2016 Camry. Didn't walk away feeling great.

Great experience. Took the hassle out of buying a car
I inquired about this vehicle this past weekend. I received a return email from both a salesperson and the sales manager almost immediately. I appreciated their prompt response. However, when I went back to look at the Highlander the price went up $4,000 dollars. I was very disappointed as I was very interested in the vehicle, but question the integrity of a dealership that fluctuates its prices by so much and so quickly.

Mr. Kim is very easy and excellent to work with. He will be giving you an unbeatable deal with quality customer service :) I've been shopping for a new car for weeks and when I visited him everything became so quick and easy -- took an hour to pick a car, test drive, negotiate a deal, and sign the contract. Car buying has never been easier. (Although financing manager took longer time trying to verify the price since himself couldn't believe my price lol)
