Mr. Kim is very easy and excellent to work with. He will be giving you an unbeatable deal with quality customer service :) I've been shopping for a new car for weeks and when I visited him everything became so quick and easy -- took an hour to pick a car, test drive, negotiate a deal, and sign the contract. Car buying has never been easier. (Although financing manager took longer time trying to verify the price since himself couldn't believe my price lol)

The Dealer’s Rep, Salesperson, called me the night of my inguiry. He seemed friendly and knowledgeable. I collected the information and we tried to pick a date so we could see and test drive the auto in question. I would deal with this person again.

I am always reluctant to start the car buying process because of past experiences with unknowledgable and pushy salesmen. Not so with DARCAR. Despite it being a very cold 30 Jan day, I was politely received by Trey in the used car department, who was very helpful showing me the range of used cars and the prices, and a quick test drive. Very bad experienice working with these people. They will waste your time and call you non stop. Don’t give them your cell phone number or email because you will regret it. I called them early Saturday morning to tell them I wantd to make a purchase of the car they were advertising so I could be sure it was available. I went directly to the used car manager instead of a sales person because I wanted to ensure it was available. He said it was available and I insisted that he go get the keys because I’m 2 hours away and didn’t... read more

Internet salesperson was nonexistent. Sales manager changed /increased the price in front of us by $4,000. When I pointed out this was unacceptable they agreed to sell the car to us right then at the original sticker price of $2,000 higher than the internet if and only if I signed a contract immediately. Wow, what a wasted trip to meet with a used car department that was corrupt!!!!!
