The maintenance adviser knew I was waiting at the service center, and said he’ll call me or message me when the car is ready. Actually no, the advisor left without any notice or transition, thinking it’s okay to let the customer wait at the service center forever. If I didn’t ask by myself because it’s already past dinner time, I won’t know my car has been ready for more than one hour, and will wait until midnight. Customers are ignored here.
Leslie Peralta at the call center has been great and completely helpful with my seemingly complex matter. Leslie was responsive, attentive, caring and even followed up with me a few times through the process to provide updates/ensure my problem was resolved. I’m thankful I was connected with Leslie, she took care of me.

El Peor servicio que e llegado a recibir. Vine aquí alas 11:30 por un cambio de llanta. De entrada, no tienen mucha educación de cómo tratar a los clientes, hablan demasiado groseros, No creo que es bueno tener este tipos de tratos a sus clientes más cuando están pagando por servicios.
