Would not negotiate, even knowing that cheaper identical cars with fewer miles were out there
Salesman knew the car was not available but didn''t tell me so he could get me on the lot.
Condition of Van was disappointing inside and out. Sales person said that this was a Van which they let customers use and owned by dealer. Set the appointment, drove 3 hours and the van was empty on gas. Has just 7 miles left until empty.

I went there because it was convenient, close to where I live. Eric and his team at the used cars section were awful. They were given wrong information. I bought the car cash ( a Hummer) and I have to wait more than 2 hours just to have the car prepared ( clean and wash...). They didn't care about me as a customer they just wanted to get the deal and the money so they could have their commission. I would never go their again...
