A bit time consuming, but courteous , pleasant and professional staff. Overall, very smooth .
If I could give a negative star I would. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Consumer Protect Division of the Maryland Attorney Generals Office. Do Not Buy from them!!! It's a bait and switch and literally the worst customer service you will ever experience.
