Terrible buying experience. Waited 4 hours and walked away with nothing. Financing employee, dismissed us, and management never followed up the evening we were there. Days later hear from dealership, and after being told what can we do to make it right? Still nothing, not even a call back. I was charged for a service that wasn’t completed. Now I have to make time to bring my car back. I feel defrauded and now question if the other service, I was there for, was completed. I have purchased 3 cars in 5 years from DARCARS Honda. I expect and deserve better.
Beware of buying from this place! I bought a new car in June. My sales person was great and I was happy until a few weeks later l, when I learned that they still had not paid off my old car, the car I traded in. They cashed my check for the new car, which included pay off for the old car, and sold my trade in before they paid it off. Then they took more than 30 days to issue a check to pay off the old car loan. I called numerous times and the managers were unresponsive and blamed corporate. Stephanie Litsky Wendland I am so disappointed in Honda. My family has a very long history of Honda purchases. I have a 2017 Pilot with less than 36000 miles on it and have been experiencing major transmission problems. I have been taking my car to the Honda of Bowie and they keep dismissing me. It has been in the shop several times and they keep yanking my chain. Right now, it is sitting in my driveway because I can't get it to go faster than 25 miles per hour with out it feeling like my transmission is going to fall out. I... read more
I usually come in and out of this place for my oil changes. But today, I arrived at 10:45am and its 2:45pm and I am still sitting in the waiting area. My car hasn't made it in to the shop yet THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS AS I AM WATCHING PEOPLE WHO CAME IN AFTERWARDS GET SERVED QUICKER THAN I DID.
Service department and its manager do not return simple, polite calls. Shameful. Failing Grade for DarCars: F
