Hondas are great cars but NOT AT ALL impressed with this Service Dept
This people are friggin morons!!! Brought my vehicle in for an oil change....its been an hour and a half they haven't even started on it...they informed me it would be another hour before it would be completed. WTF?!?!?
Absolutely horrible customer service. Apparently there is only one person who you can talk to to make a safety recall appointment. I have been calling for days and each time I am assured that someone will call me back. No one ever does. This is my 3rd recall and each time I have to get angry in order to get someone on the phone that can actually make the appointment. I will never buy another vehicle from Honda. Recalls are a pain but this place makes it even worse to deal with.
Charging too much for the price...they even want to charge me for the color I want because they out of stock for the color I want.. $4,999...they think people or costumer like me are stupid. .when they become Darcars Honda
I had a great experience working with not only sales agents but the service department. They got my van fixed and ready to go at the time they said and even took care of calling my warranty company. I only wish the paperwork part didn't take so long!
