Very unhappy with my experience at this place. I have had a Honda 2019 Pilot with temp plates now for 3 months because no one can there takes responsibility for getting my tags. Everyone just “throwing the problem over the fence” Darcars, I am tired of calling about this. Feel free to message me to get this resolved.

Earlier this week I scheduled a basic oil change and tire rotation which are covered by my warranty. After dropping my car off at the scheduled time, I waited 2.5 hours in the waiting area... absolutely ridiculous. When I asked about scheduling and the wait I was told scheduling merely “saved my time, but did not guarantee the work would be started or completed by any particular time.” Obviously, my time or business is not particularly valued at this place of business.

Before test drive this past Saturday the tire pressure sensor went off so the sales person had air put in all tires. I purchased the car. One day later the sensor went off again. I was told to bring it in. They found a hole in the sidewall and said it would need to be replaced. Service then told me they notified sales who refused to absorb the cost. I love this shop and dealership. We purchased two cars a year ago on the same day. Our salesman Ifiok is wonderful and I love my Honda!!! My husband loves his too! The service department is amazing. Muhammad in service is cool too. There was another guy in service that was very helpful but I can’t remember his name.
