Horrible service!!! sales rep doesnt respond, no ones aswers phone. You need to be customer oriented and make sure that phone lines is working.
This place is awful. Not to mention the manager Lyle told me he “could not help me” with my issue that I was trying to address with him but also proceeded to tell me “it’s your problem not mine”. I’ve never been treated so poorly as a repeated paying customer. I’ll take my services elsewhere.

I’ve been sitting at the dealership for 2.5 hrs for a scheduled oil/wheel rotation. This is way too long to wait for these two services. Way too long.

John, the manager the saleswoman said was supposed to be in at 9am for an appointment, still didn’t show up by 10am. They don’t seem to have a conscience about wasting people’s work mornings, nor do they seem to need to sell cars.
Dropped my car off on 7/20, can't get anyone on the phone to get an update. I came by on 8/1 requesting an update and they not only hadn't repaired my car yet, they hadn't even ordered the part. This is despite me contacting Honda's corporate office and working with the district case manager to get in contact with Lyle the Darcars Honda Service Manager, Lyle on 7/30. Now we still don't have our car back and we still can't get anyone on the phone and now I have to drive back up there for more disappointment. We just want our ... read more
Talked to a salesman and test drove a car. Really liked it. Few questions to the manager who said he would call me . It's been 5 days and no one has called me. Wife and I have taken our business to another dealership.

I just bought my second vehicle, my sales rep ifiok is absolutely amazing before I even arrive he already had a vehicle picked for me based off my choice from 4 years ago when he was my sales rep as well.
