The service manager Bill Levine is the absolute worst ever. Their service department is horrible. Do yourselves a favor and double check their work. Brakes, tires, and make sure they're topping off your fluids....they can't even get that right. It's no wonder they lack skills and servicing cars...their leadership is pathetic. Bill Levine the service manager is horrible he truly needs a class in customer service.
NOT HAPPY-Purchased a truck from there. The next day found out the remote isn't working correctly. Called the sales person to meet me in the lobby to discuss the issue and maybe return the truck. Got there and sales person is no where to be found! Got very disrespected by an different employee there because he had to get off his lazy butt to go check on why it was taking 1 1/2 hours to look at a remote. I went to Darcar Bowie Honda to get my car serviced - expected to do oil change and tire rotation only. Service tech tells me it's time to change two filters so I say ok. I go to my email and see I have a coupon from Darcar on service. I show the service guy and he says he can't use it because it's not printed - Well I didn't know I was getting the service done and the email doesn't say print. He says he can't print it for me because the company will take it out of his pay - but makes sure to tell me this shouldn't reflect n... read more
I love them from the purchase of my car to changing of my oil they treat me like family and vice versa...I've never been disappointed coming or leaving from here and this will always be home for me...Thank you Ifiok and the rest of the Darcar staff for making it so enjoyable to purchase and maintain my car...I love you guys�
Brought my CRV in with an almost flat tire, and in a panic. Jose "Junior" Sagastizado told me he could fix anything and he did! Although the waiting area was almost full, many people ahead of me, one by one each person was cared for and left, then it was my turn. The waiting time was not unreasonable for an unscheduled visit, and there was no charge for the repair. An angel when I needed one.
The sales person was very friendly and helpful but the process was too long. I’m enjoying my New Honda Fit though.
