The rooms are of good size and have all the necessities. The hotel location is close to Westfield Mall and there are many shops, restaurants and cafes around it. The staff are dedicated, helpful and proactive, especially Aaron and Twinkle. Thank you for your hospitality.
The best thing is the friendly service, and the interior décor is very beautiful, as is the bar where you can listen to the piano. I will definitely be back. I recommend it.
Front office personnel were great. Aaron in particular was so helpful, we got around the city easily with his guidance. I'll recommend this hotel anytime
Friendly and service-minded staff, good location with bus stop right outside and a short walk to the nearest tube. I will definitely stay here again.
