I have private Salsa lessons with Alanna. They are really helpful to me. I’ve been dancing for years but started with Alanna in May. She’s taught me moves Ive never been taught before and opened up my repertoire because of this. I also do Salsa classes with Alanna in her studio. These are great because it’s a fun friendly environment where I get to practice my steps. I’ve recently started Seated Yoga Dancing it’s helped so much with my balance, helped with my exercises in the morning and I’ve made a new group of friends.

I have been to both medium dance impact and also Kidz dancin fit. What can I say apart from it is amazing. You visit once and you don't want to leave. At the Stubbington venue there is a nice little cafe set up, where you can have a drink and a cheeky cake after dancing. Don't worry though, there is also kiddies treats too. Since being a member at the very beginning we have had dance - a - thon, coffee catch up and meet, picnic on the beach, get the chance to dress up for every occasion like St Patrick's day, Easter, Hallowe... read more

Never before have I enjoyed exercising so much. We have so much fun at Dancin fit. Alanna is always smiling and everyone there is so friendly. I look forward to each session.
