Wonderful corner room with all the extras. Great bed. Love the decor, especially the sliding barn type doors. Valet/doorman friendly and helpful.

We had a rocky start with the front desk lady being rude to us, but shoutout to Russell (manager) for making it right. I was impressed with how quickly he handled the situation and really appreciate it. This hotel is REALLY nice, and everyone has been very accommodating.
Great rooms and great atmosphere nothing like it a must stay.
Great customer service at the spa. There was an unexpected issue with one of my treatments and they took care of it quickly and without me really having to ask. Amazing massage and a good escape from the hectic streets. I will be back!

Great corner room with floor to ceiling windows. What a view! Rooftop bar was a nice space for happy hour but gets crazy busy with drunk folks late night. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Overall a great place to stay! Wouldn't have missed all the construction, but hey, it's chicago!
