I apologize in advanced for the extremely long review but I have a lot to say about this spa/hotel and its employees… First thing I would like to point out is how beautifully kept this establishment is. It was very clean, which is very hard to do when you have numerous people walking in and out all day and night. I was more than satisfied with the room we were in. My new favorite Chicago hotel! Amazing room with comfortable bed, fabulous shower, balconies, great wine, awesome burger, great service! I loved every minute there! Made being away from home and my family for work a bit easier. Will FOR SURE be back!
