The staff was at hand for every need!! Even returning prescription glasses via mail thst john left in the room.

Multiple rooms reserved months ago so that my brother and i could have rooms "close" to each other. Got there at 2:15pm after a 6 hour car ride and was told check in is at 3 if you want to be "close" to each other. Otherwise you can have whatever is ready. Understandable. Waited 45 minutes and tried again. Only one room was ready at 3pm i was told "you'll just have to wait". Amazing modern hotel with the friendliest staff ever! The balcony in my room was a huge bonus with amazing views. I definitely recommend Dana Hotel and Spa!

The view from our balcony was beautiful! I wish it had just been me with my husband, but alas, we were on vacation with the kids. If you book on Hotel Tonight expect one bed! We loved the shower, which comes down from the ceiling above as opposed to being on the wall (there is also a handheld piece attached to the wall)! You can leave the curtain to the room open if you're looking for a little fun show! Ceiling is bare cement, which I thought was cool! My husband and I stayed at the Dana hotel and Spa for a weekend getaway and we had a great time! They were still doing construction on the restaurant, but it wasn't a bother to us. Loved the view from our room on the 19th floor and the rainfall shower was amazing. Perfect location for all the attractions we wanted to check out. Will definitely stay here again!
