If I could give zero stars I would give zero. We had horrendous treatment. We had a group h Reservation or over 30 people. We went to the hotel bar where they had absolute room and were told to everything was open. When we were seated at our table next thing you know someone came over and said we were at his table and called his buddy who worked at the hosted center and made us Love after we ordered and were having a great time at our OWN TABLE. After spending 3 nights and 4 days at this majestic gem in the heart of Chicago, all I can say is...WOW. The hospitality was top notch as we were greeted by the doorman ( I truly wish I knew all of their names ) , and Randy at the concierge was so polite and helpful. It was my boyfriends 50th birthday and he kindly asked if I was superstitious ( which my reply was yes ) and he upgraded our room. You know it's the greatest hotel in America when you live 15 blocks away and just need a little Tranquil Suite in your life and get a room for the night. 3 years of staying and overly impressed as usual! Staff, to amenities, to service, to the details...top of the line!

Woah. From the minute we pulled up, this place was on point. The service is OUTSTANDING, and the place looks gorgeous. Location is unbeatable as well, we walked just about everywhere from the hotel, which also had plenty of nearby places for good food, even late at night. Easily one of the most beautiful rooms I've ever stayed in, it's not often I make it a note to come back to the same hotel when visiting the city again, but Dana is definitely my go-to now.
