Valet damaged my Expedition. They destroyed the power running boards on my 2014 Expedition and left a deep gouge in the paint. They had me spend my time to provide 2 separate estimates for repair and refuse to respond now. I have called to touch base 10x in the 6 week period since they damaged out vehicle. I should not have to work so hard for them to do the right thing. I have informed them 2x my next move is litigation. They are not professional. They are inconsiderate. From the time we arrived until we left, we were continuously greeted with a smile and every need was met! It made for an amazing stay and I will definitely return. The rooftop lounge (Apogee) was also amazing! Kudos!!

Always a good time!! My favorite place to stay in the city and the cocktails at Apogee Lounge on the rooftop ARE AMAZING!!! The staff is always friendly and welcoming...Absolutely nothing to complain about! 😁

We had some issues. The manager Sherman acknowledged the problems and took care of them right away. The doorman is terrific. Beds are comfortable. Very modern.

The hotel itself is gorgeous from the bar, lobbies, rooms. But I was not impressed with the service and even with apparent management. Our fridge was never refilled threw out our stay, our room never got cold enough, and our water for the shower wouldn't get got enough either, and the paint on the ceiling above and around the shower is separating, bubbling.
