Spa services were stellar.
The staff is super friendly.
The hospitality of the staff is amazing! Everyone who came in contact with us provided top-notch service. TJ is personable and easy to converse with. Tim was also very friendly and took care of us upon check in. We stayed on the 23rd floor and could hear the club hopping but we didn't mind. For those who do, stay on a lower level. Beds were comfy, assorted wines in the room to choose from (although we brought our own), and a large rainfall shower. We will definitely come back.
A great place to have a romantic getaway. Price isn’t that heavy on the pockets. An overall great experience

My room (2301) was absolutely amazing ❤️ it had two balconies an amazing walk in shower and a separate bedroom. My only concern was when we first checked in the security or whoever he was, was looking at my brother and I as if we couldn’t afford the place because we had been traveling all day to get to Chicago and looked worn. However when he heard the suite we booked he quickly fixed his attitude 🤷🏾♀️ overall my stay was great and I will definitely stay there again.
We had a fabulous stay this past week and we will be back again. Loved the on-site spa!
they charge me a wine bottle that I didn't take mtf thefts
