Excellent service, great location, and wonderful staff! I would definitely stay here again.
Very high end and professional for such a reasonable price. The convenience of the restaurant Portsmith inside of the hotel was a huge plus! It was cold outside. But i managed to get a seat by the window to celebrate my 6 month Anniversary!

Spa nice as always only gave three stars bc the room was pretty cold due to the window so had to bump the heat up to 80 the max and even then the floor was outrageously cold 🤦🏾♀️ not really anything they can do about it so I would just only stay at the hotel when it’s not so cold in Chicago lol 🤷🏾♀️ Great rooms though and decent priced mini bar!
What a Great Hotel & Great Hospitality, right in Heart of Chicago. close to everyplace We wanted to visit. We are returning in the Summer to eat on the Roof Top restaurant :)
