Tim Anderson the concierge Made my entire trip!!!! If you book a room here speak to him and the other very knowledable front desk/ concierge staff:) my room was amazing and clean,the iPhone speaker was perfect! Good views, good music, great staff! Will return again!

I like this hotel. The rooms are nicer than I expected but my only complaint would be the elevator situation when you want to go to the rooftop. It's annoying that you have to go all the way back to the ground level just to go back up...really???
Booked hotel for the purpose of the rooftop bar vertigo to celebrate my birthday and a friends birthday. We tried to go up to the bar after attending a concert elsewhere and was told that we couldn't go up because it was slow and they weren't letting anyone else up. Just rude bouncers and staff for the club. Some men of a different race walked in from outside, said they had been smoking and were able to go up.
