This was my first time experience in a hotel and it was nice. Housekeeping were amazing and very nice. <3 Spent my three days here was wonderful!!!

My husband and I just love the Dana Hotel!!! It's in a perfect location if weather permits to walk to some of our favorite spots. It's always clean and service is above & beyond. We live staying in the corner rooms with2 full walls of glass over looking the city!!! It's always on our list of places to stay & recommend!

Every time we stay at the Dana everyone is always very kind and tentative. We have never had a problem or a bad experience. Rooms are great! Love it

The hotel room was just okay. The view from my balcony was nice. They allow dogs which one was right across the hall and barked all night. Woke up to some banging noises upstairs. They were doing repairs. Had issues with reservations for Vertigo wound up at Freestyle due to the hostess not being truthful about what time Vertigo opened. Not the worst experience but could be sooooo much better!

I was on a business trip to Chicago and was book to stay at Dana Hotel. First and foremost from the time I was greeted at the valet my whole stay was v.i.p. or at least I felt like v.i.p. Tim Anderson coordinated my stay and everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to. My room was impeccable and the mini bar was top notch, although I don't drink it had something for everyone. We were treated top notch! TJ was amazing as well as the 2 sweet gals that work in the restaurant! We will definitely stay there again and again! Beautiful rooms as well as amazing view!
