Stayed 2 nights this week & it was a good experience. Great location, staff was very nice, everything was clean & comfortable. Nice bed & shower. I would stay here again!
Had great service, asked for the best view and man did we get it!! Such cool stylings and decor. Also couldn't be a better location.

My husband and I stayed here last time we were in Chicago, and I'll be honest, it was 5 years ago. However, we are planning another trip soon and I came across this page so I figured I might as well leave a review. When AC in our room went out, they brought us a box fan. when we opened the balcony door to get some air, someone from a room above us had vomited all over our balcony. We called the front desk to let them know and they said "oh it happens, someone will come by tomorrow to clean it up". It was our last night there... read more

I absolutely loved my stay here. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and "of service". The decor was very chic with industrial touches. The lobby is gorgeous, the restaurant is great, the roof top lounge is the best I've seen, the spa is lovely, and the rooms are the star of the show. I am not one to normally write review, however I felt this Spa was more than deserving of one. A co-worker and I headed to Chicago just for a spa day. It was incredible to learn nearly every place in STL was booked. Therefore, we felt Chicago was the next best. I searched a few different spots in Chicago and landed at this place due to the reviews.
