From the first panic call I made and talked to receptionist Bailey - to Tracy who showed Doug everything on the lot and made hotel reservations for us and the dogs... to Chris who picked us up On the side of the road and towed our trailer with his personal truck...to everyone at Pilson who spent the day trying to get us back on the road!! On the sales side of the vehicle purchased it was great.The vehicle purchased is nice but has a few issues like ,head light is out,rearview mirror is loose ,low tire pressure indicator light has came on three different times,small oil leak maybe the oil filter or something in that area,bed underneath bed liner was greasy took an hour or so to clean up.This is the first purchase from Pilson Auto Center.
Chris is an awesome salesman! Couldn't have asked for anyone better!

Sales help is very friendly and personal they make you feel like you are the customer.Nicole was our sales REP. I got say since I have been here in Illinois for 17 years and have bought several cars and trucks from dealer ships from Chicago,Champaign and Decatur.this was the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. Great place, Ryan Mefford was very helpful and made sure to get me a great deal on an awesome car! I highly recommend him if you're in the market to buy a new vehicle!
Although I did end up finding my vehicle from somewhere else, I absolutely recommend working with Kristy. She was so patient when I didn't know what I was looking for. She went above and beyond to bring us a vehicle, worked after hours, and was always giving us updates on the new stock coming in. She was a real pleasure to work with!
