RecommendedThe service department at Pilson is #1. After investigating a low frequency noise and some intermittent slipping in what I thought was transmission the service technician found the problem to be in the front differential. Complete replacement and all cost was covered by warranty and a loaner vehicle was provided by the service representative Misty. Couldn’t ask for more courteous friendly treatment. Back on the road running and driving like new. Thanks so much for great treatment and service!

We bought our 2004 F250 Lariat back in July, and we still are finding more and more things that they lied about on the inspection report, more and more significant mechanical issues keep arising. The parts that were damaged (upwards of $4,000) were removed and brought to the service managers attention back in August, and was offered $500 to take down my Facebook post about my experience.
