We were pretty sure about the truck we were buying, we setup a test drive and when we arrived the truck was all ready. We took it out and it was even nicer than we expected. The market value pricing they use takes all the wonder of did I get a good deal out of it. Our sales person was Chris Miller, I would highly recommend you look him up.

Randy McDonald, was the sales representative in the Charleston Pilson Center that helped me find my newer Ford Explorer. He was very helpful & patient to find just what I wanted. Over the last 30 days I've been in the market for a Jeep Wrangler, I've been in and out of dealerships without finding a deal I could live with. A few days ago I found a jeep offered at Pilson's Auto in Mattoon, after interacting with dealerships that didn't try very hard to get my business I found the sales staff at Pilson's not only refreshing, but knowledgeable, comfortable and sympathetic.
