We had several recalls on out 2017 Pacifica, after Pilson received all the recall parts,they called and an appointment was made. They made the appt. convenient since we live about 1 1/2 hours away and asked if we wanted a loaner car!! We got the loaner car and went shopping, received a call when the van was done. They had the can washed and vacuumed and the tar on the sides was gone, something was on the back bumper and they took care of that also!!!! Great service fixing my broken car..... problem was analyzed sequentially & necessary repairs were made in a matter of two days..... service lady researched & found that I still had an extended warrantee that cut my out of pocket expenses to only my deductible..... very pleased

Had a great experience buying a car today from Tracey Hardesty at Pilson’s!! This was the second time I bought a car from her and she is the person I will definitely go back to for my next car. She is extremely nice, patient, and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend going to see her if you’re looking for a new car! She made us feel comfortable and made sure we were satisfied and got the deal we wanted at the price we needed to be at.
