I spoke with Jeffrey Beck and told him I didn’t have my mind set on buying a car at all. I was just curious in seeing one they had online. He was extremely helpful and generous. We were very pleased that we got to bring home a brand new car. Chris Miller is the man to see if or when you need a new ride, he devoted approximately 8 hrs making sure we were completely satisfied. We will continue to do business with them in the future.
Most shops blow off a complaint that can't be consistently duplicated. They took our issue seriously and the problem was corrected under warranty.
Deon and the rest of the Pilson crew were great! Deon is friendly and efficient which made our car buying experience wonderful. I highly recommend going to see him.
