We have bought our last vehicle from Pilson's Auto. Service in Charleston is a JOKE! They can't even get parts ordered. There were spare parts in my vehicle that NO ONE knew what it was for. When it was time to pick up our vehicle when we bought it they kept telling us it was almost done. It was done 2 days later. The issue wasn't even fixed. I believe in supporting local business but never again. I would rather travel an hour or more than buy from Pilsons again.
The superior customer service that we experienced at Pilson Auto Center will definitely drive us back for our next purchase. While some dealerships dismiss small pleasantries and details, it’s clear that Pilson’s consider them key. THANK YOU Mike Crews, Debbie Dick and Jason Bianco for the wonderful experience!
