Over all pilson's is a great place to go. I bought a brand new car last year and it was a good experience, but every time I take it in to get worked on I request a vacuum and it very rarely gets done (1 out of 5 visits) even though my car is there for a minimum of 5 hours since I am working during the service. I hate taking it in just for the wash and vacuum because I live almost an hour away so it makes it very inconvenient when they don't do it when I request it during a service.

We have great things to say about pilson autocenter. Debbie Dick went above and beyond for us. We found the perfect truck, with great mileage. We made appt next day and when we got there she had it fueled washed and ready. Great staff!!
