It’s been 3 years since I had hardwood floors installed by Dan Higgins throughout most of my home. Excellent work by Paul and Peter - still looks as beautiful as the day they finished. Sales reps, esp Chuck English (if I remember his name right) were more like consultants interested only in making sure we selected the right flooring - absolutely no hard sell, no upsell. They were on time with every aspect of the job. This is a high integrity, high quality company.
From the beginning to the end, Dan Higgins did an excellent job. The sales staff, office staff, and our installers were all committed to an excellent job. Sales staff found the flooring we wanted (after another firm said it wasn't available). Install crew was on time, courteous, and went out of their way to answer questions, ensure we we satisfied and clean up properly. An excellent installation experience. Highly recommend them
Had them out to quote replacement of damaged floor. They quoted and we scheduled to install and told quote is incorrect? Had the same person out on 2 separate occasions, I thought local was better I was incorrect.
Matt and Rafal did a fantastic job on my bedroom floors! Higgins was highly recommended to me by several of my friends and neighbors and now l know why. Don’t hesitate to use this company!
Tim and Matt did a great job with the installation and the floors are awesome
