We contacted Dan Higgins Flooring to do repair work on our wood floors. The floors had been installed by Higgins many years ago. It was a smooth process from the estimate by Chris to the work done by Matt C., Rafal and Anthony. The newly installed boards blend seamlessly with the original flooring. Everyone that we worked with to complete the project was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. The customer service is excellent.

We have had Matthew and Michael out on two separate occasions to install white oak hardwood flooring in our bedrooms. They have been nothing less than exceptional the entire time. We requested them again after the first room because of how happy we were with their quality of work. We needed the entire subfloor to be replaced, and leveling done to both rooms prior to install which wasn't a problem. The came highly recommend from many of our neighbors and exceeded expectations. Chris from the store was extremely patient and knowledgeable as we went through the process and made our selections. Rafal and Matt C did a phenomenal job with seamless installation and were the epitome of professionalism. The flooring turned out even better than we'd hoped.
We recently had extensive flooring installation. Everyone we dealt with from showroom to exceptional service from Chris helping my husband and me with choosing the proper flooring was great! The gentlemen who did the actual installation were very skilled in their craft on top of being the nicest two men we have come across.. Matt and Ralph. I hope Mr. Higgins reads this review as he is fortunate to have such dedicated young men within his company.
