From the initial instrumental survey to the intrusive survey the service provided by Josh and Adam was excellent. Findings were explained in detail so the actual cause of the issue was fully understood and money not wasted on “solutions” that would not actually address the issue. For the intrusive survey the professionalism, reinstatement and cleanliness was first class. I would highly recommend.
For weeks we had been getting stressed about Rising Damp in the house. We had Josh round and he gave a very honest and thorough investigation of the multiple problems that we were experiencing. We wanted to convert the basement in our terraced property, but it was completely unusable due to around an inch of standing water all year round.
