I am writing this on behalf of a friend. Today was my first visit to this dentist in cannon Street Southampton, and just wanted to say how Despina was very caring and explained everything she was doing I felt at ease . She was very attentive to my needs as well as her nurse Lena . The practice had a nice bright atmosphere.
Attended here on Saturday evening for an NHS emergency appointment. Was seen by Adam, a very patient, and reassuring professional. Couldn't solve the problem, but, put referrals in, and walked me through every stage of the process.
Unprofessional management, heard management shouting left and right making a tense place to be in , staff to young acting like still in high-school around patients in distress.Had more to say but unorthodox comments might block my account
Not the greatest of dentist had a appointment booked for 5pm for months turned up on time then was told appointment was for 5.30pm confusion on the text appointment time and the online portal then being told the dentist is 30mins behind
I just had a phone call of the dentist telling me that the dentist won't be in on Friday and I had this booked for over a month wot a joke. And then they didn't have no more appointments until another month
